Where are you located?

We are based in Nevada. All of our items are printed and shipped in the USA.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a special number so you can stalk it's location as much as you want. We won't judge.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we want to get your order to you as soon as possible, we start production right away. That means it may not be possible to change or cancel an order. Email us at questions@puckandpen.com as soon as you realize there might be an issue so we can do our best to help.

The T-shirts are very cute and good quality but they run very small. They do not fit my grandson, I have asked for a size larger but have not heard back from you all. His birthday is in two weeks.
